برنامه سرمایه گذاری و فعالیت تجاری در «قلمروهای شمال غربی» کانادا

برای شرکت در برنامه فوق باید واجد شرایط زیر بود:

1. خرید سرمایه سهامی به مبلغ سیصد هزار دلار در «یلونایف» در قلمروهای شمال غربی یا صد و پنجاه هزار دلار در خارج از محدوده فوق؛
2. داشتن خالص دارایی معادل حداقل پانصد هزار دلار کانادا در صورتی که فعالیت تجاری در «یلونایف» در قلمرو شمال غربی انجام می شود یا داشتن معادل حداقل دویست و پنجاه هزار دلار کانادا در صورتی که فعالیت تجاری در خارج از قلمرو مزبور باشد.
3. نشان دادن مالکیت حداقل یک سوم فعالیت تجاری ایجاد شده یا خریداری شده؛
4. اثبات آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی یا فرانسه با کسب نمره «سی.ال.بی» چهار (با تبدیل نمرات آزمون آیلتس به «سی.ال.بی») یا «ان.سی.ال.سی» چهار؛
5. ارایه یک سند ودیعه قصد جدی برای سرمایه گذاری و فعالیت تجاری به مبلغ هفتاد و پنج هزار دلار کانادا؛
6. داشتن تجربه و تحصیلات لازم برای انجام فعالیت تجاری موردنظر برطبق برنامه تجاری پیشنهادی در کانادا؛
7. داشتن منابع مالی لازم برای انجام فعالیت تجاری موردنظر و همچنین پرداخت هزینه های زندگی خود متقاضی و اعضای خانواده اش؛
8. نداشتن پرونده در جریان در سایر استان ها و قلمروها از جمله قلمرو شمال غربی کانادا؛
9. نشان دادن آشنایی و درک کافی از وضعیت قلمروهای شمال غربی.

شرایط مورد نیاز برای این برنامه به زبان انگلیسی به طور دقیق تر در راهنمای تهیه شده به این منظور توسط اداره مهاجرت قلمروهای شمال غربی کانادا توضیح داده شده است:

• Invest:

O A minimum of $300,000 CDN equity* into starting or buying a business within

the corporate boundaries of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories;

or

o A minimum of $150,000 CDN equity* into starting or buying a business outside of

the corporate boundaries of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

• Have a personal net worth** of:

O At least $500,000 CDN if starting or buying a business within the corporate boundaries of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories;

or

o At least $250,000 CDN if starting or buying a business outside the corporate

boundaries of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

• Demonstrate that they own at least one-third (33.3%) of the business they are

Starting or buying:

O Where your personal equity investment is at least $1,000,000 you may own less

Than one-third (33.3%) of the business pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee

Protection Regulations, section 87(6)(b)(ii).

• Demonstrate that they have achieved a level of proficiency of 4 against the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB 4) in English or the equivalent language level against the Niveaux de competence linquistique Canadiens (NCLC) in French upon application.
• Please note that the Nominee Program will only accept test results from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) if submitting results in English, and the Test d'évaluation de français (TEF) if submitting results in French.

Test results must be no older than six (6) months at the time of application.

• Provide to the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment a good faith deposit of $75,000 CDN to be held in trust and released upon satisfactory execution of the terms of the Business Performance Agreement.
• Demonstrate reasonable knowledge and understanding of the Northwest Territories and its economy;
• Have the necessary experience and education to successfully implement

the business plan.

• Demonstrate sufficient financial resources to start and operate a business

and support themselves and any dependents for the duration of the applicant’s

Business Performance Agreement;

• Not have an active application with any other provincial or territorial nominee

program;

• Not have an active application with any other stream of the Nominee Program in the Northwest Territories; and
• Not be a Refugee Claimant.
